Maryan Balkwill - cello
After studying at the Royal College of Music, Maryan lived in Edinburgh and played in chamber orchestras and ensembles. She toured in the UK and Europe, playing in concerts and music festivals, recording for radio and disc, and for a BBC TV documentary. For four years, Maryan was Musical Director of a lunchtime chamber music series in Wimbledon, where she also played in some of the concerts.
